## A workshop that travels in a van

Locksmith Elda has no shop counter. The tools, the common cylinders and locks, and the equipment for opening doors, cars and safes travel in the van, so that whenever the part is on board the job is finished on the first visit, not measured up and come back to.

## Rules that apply to every job

- **An honest estimate, not a promise.** You are told on the phone roughly when someone can reach your address. No arrival time is printed anywhere, because it depends on where you are and the hour.
- **The price before the work.** Agreed with you at the door, once the lock has been seen and before any work starts. Payment by cash, card or Bizum.
- **The gentlest way in.** Through the lock wherever the lock allows, and drilling only with your agreement.
- **Proof, every time.** Nobody gets into a home, car or safe without showing that they are entitled to.
- **A door that locks before we leave.** Never a door just pulled to.

## Jobs we turn down, so you need not ring to ask

It saves you a call to know this before you ring. None of the following is offered, for houses or for vehicles:

- Cutting, copying or duplicating keys of any kind
- Spare keys for doors, gates or padlocks
- Car keys: cutting, supplying, replacing or programming them
- Transponder keys and vehicle remote controls
- Ignition barrel or ignition switch repairs
- Keys for motorbikes or vans
